Payment
All payments are due in advance of lessons. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the tutor reserves the right cancel lessons and charge a cancellation fee. If no payment is received, lessons will not be provided.
Service Policies
Classes will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If a lesson does not take place at the tutor’s fault, the class will be refunded or credit given for another class.
Refund/Return Policy
If a student is not happy with the tutor or the class given, they will be entitled to a full refund on a class by class basis. If the student opts to terminate future classes, any outstanding credit will be refunded.
Cancellation
All cancellations within 24 hours of a lesson will still be charged at 50% of the normal rate. If the class can be arranged for the same week, no charge will be made. If cancellation is made after the start of the lesson, or the student fails to attend without notice, the lesson will be charged at 100%
